diets, stringent exercise regimes, unattainable
goals, rigid boundaries.
A well-planned eating plan delivers adequate
nutrients, a balanced array of nutrients, and an appropriate amount of energy. It’s based on
nutrient-dense foods, few substances
detrimental to health (bad fats, sugar,
contaminants) and varied selection.
